In accordance with the provisions of Article 17, section II of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the Law), we inform you that Drebbel de México, S. de R.L. of C.V. and/or Drebbel S.A.P.I. of C.V. (hereinafter DREBBEL), with address at CIUDAD DEL CARMEN, CAMPECHE, identified as the "Responsible" in accordance with the term defined in section XIV of Article 3 of the Law, will process the personal data collected from you under the terms of this Privacy Notice.

Drebbel de México, S. de R.L. de C.V., is obliged in terms of the Law, to observe the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility provided for by the Law.

The purpose of this Privacy Notice (hereinafter “The Notice”) is to inform you of the information that we will collect from you (if that is the case) and for what purposes. In any case, your request will be attended to and/or any questions regarding the content of this Privacy Notice will be resolved.

V. Update of the Privacy Notice.

Any modification or update to this Privacy Notice will be published on the DREBBEL Website (the Controller).

This Privacy Notice is subject to the terms and conditions that have been detailed herein and in accordance with the Law. If the user, owner of the personal data, uses the services of this website, it means that he has read, understood and agreed the terms set forth above.
